CALL CENTER SCORECARD.  Includes information about calls made to SF311, including:  (1) number of calls answered, (2) service level (percentage of calls answered within 60 seconds), (3) average speed of answer (number of seconds to answer the call), and (4) transferred calls (percentage of calls transferred to another agency).
